About Our Client

The client is a UK-based Public Sector organisation.

Job Description

  1. Lead on total reward project for the organisation, encompassing pay, reward, and benefits.
  2. Lead on 2025 pay review.
  3. Monitor external trends, conduct research, complete benchmarking and analysis.
  4. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing advice, guidance, and recommendations.
  5. Provide technical reward advice and expertise.
  6. Manage budgetary constraints and deadlines for the Reward project.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Proven track record in Reward roles.
  2. Able to commute to an office 1-2 days per week in London or Birmingham.
  3. Solid experience working with senior leaders, with the ability to influence and coach.
  4. Adaptable communication style.
  5. Strong subject matter expertise in reward management.
