Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking an Interim Registered Manager for an EBD children's home in South East London, Abbey Wood and Erith. The role demands hands-on leadership, ensuring compliance, safeguarding, and high standards of care for young people across 4/5 bed homes, with immediate start and a daily rate of £350.

You will work closely with senior leaders to maintain quality, drive improvements, and develop residential teams in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience in children's residential care
• Strong EBD background
• Knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience managing Ofsted compliance and inspections
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop residential teams
• Confident managing safeguarding, quality assurance, and operational performance
• Available to start at short notice

Responsibilities

• Hands-on interim leadership capable of quick service assessment and team support while maintaining compliance and ensuring high standards of care for young people.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain operational excellence, embed best practice, and drive positive outcomes across the home.
