Calibre Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a London's children’s home, ensuring high standards of care for young people with complex needs and strong safeguarding. You will manage staff, ensure Ofsted compliance, and contribute to ongoing service development.

The role requires leadership, safeguarding expertise and the ability to stabilise and grow the home, with an interim option that could progress to longer-term Ofsted registration.

Formación

• Experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
• Experience working within an Ofsted-regulated environment.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and care planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the children's home and staff team.
• Ensure safe, high-quality and consistent care for children.
• Maintain safeguarding, risk management and care planning.
• Ensure Ofsted compliance and relevant legislation.
• Develop staff through supervision, training and support.
• Collaborate with social workers, local authorities and professionals.
• Monitor standards and implement actions to improve.
• Prepare for and engage with Ofsted inspections.
