Unilever PLC in Leeds seeks an interim Raw & Packaging Planner for 12 months. The role is based in Seacroft, Leeds, 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday. Compensation up to £36,260.80 per annum pro rata, depending on experience, with a mix of remote and on-site work.

The role involves ensuring 100% material availability for production lines, cost and inventory balance, and close collaboration with suppliers to maintain a smooth supply chain.

Competenze

• Experience in planning (R&P planning).
• SAP (S1P) advanced knowledge.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
• Analytical mindset.
• Good team player.

Mansioni

• Ensures materials are available to meet production plans while stocks stay within targets.
• Examines material schedules, reviews orders, and flags issues to Demand/ Scheduler.
• Negotiate short notice/urgent requirements with Suppliers, Warehouse and Security.
• Proactively maintain information flow between suppliers and Sourcing Unit to ensure responsive supply chain.
• Adhere to weekly IVMI process and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with suppliers to minimize obsolete stock.
• Inform suppliers about delists and stock build targets to avoid obsolescence.
