Manpower (United Kingdom) is assisting a global FMCG client in Leeds to appoint an interim Raw & Packaging Planner. This full-time temporary role runs for 12 months, 37.5 hours weekly, Mon–Fri, with compensation up to £36,260.80 per annum pro rata.

The position offers a hybrid mix of remote and onsite work, and the team oversees sourcing, production, and distribution to ensure 100% material availability while balancing cost and inventory.

Competenze

• Experience in planning, preferably Raw & Packaging planning.
• Proficient in SAP S1P.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Ensure materials are available to meet production plans while keeping stock within targets.
• Review material schedules and call-offs; coordinate with Demand Planner/Scheduler.
• Negotiate with suppliers, warehouses, and security for urgent requirements.
• Maintain information flow between suppliers and Sourcing Unit personnel.
• Support IVMI process and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to minimize obsolete materials.
• Keep suppliers informed about delists and stock targets to avoid obsolescence.
