Job description

Work with homeowners in leased properties, customers of private rented properties, colleagues in asset management and compliance, as well as the financial team.

Main areas of responsibility include:

1. Managing identified leasehold and private rented schemes and properties, their environment, and customers.
2. Leading on setting and managing service charge budgets, managing repairs, insurance claims, expenditure, Section 20 consultations, and sinking funds in leasehold properties.
3. Managing voids, budgets, lettings, repairs, and inspections in private rent homes.
4. Conducting regular scheme inspections and health and safety checks.
5. Managing accounts, customer liaison, records, and reporting.
6. Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and undertaking relevant qualifications.
7. Processing Right to Buy, lease extensions, and other property transactions.
8. Providing excellent customer service and coordinating property management activities.
9. Setting service charges and rents, reviewing accounts, and ensuring process efficiency.
10. Supporting policy and regulatory compliance, data protection, and other legal requirements.
11. Undertaking additional duties as directed by the Leasehold Manager.
