Commercial Property Manager, Manchester

Salary Guide: £40,000 - £50,000 Plus benefits

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be part of an established team in Manchester, with the overall aim of ensuring the smooth and efficient management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties (not residential).

You will oversee day-to-day property management activities, maintain tenant relationships, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, maximize asset value, and reduce landlord void costs.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Liaising with the Property Management Accountant to approve tenant demand runs four weeks prior to due date for quarterly payments and three weeks in advance for monthly payments, as per Company Policies & Procedures.
  2. Ensuring all vacant properties/units are mitigated according to Company Policies & Procedures.
  3. Implementing and maintaining the Company's Health & Safety policy.
  4. Conducting regular inspections of properties.
  5. Managing tenant relationships.
  6. Overseeing external third-party contractors.
  7. Ensuring health and safety standards are observed on-site.
  8. Ensuring compliance with leasehold obligations to tenants.
  9. Maintaining insurance records.
  10. Working closely with Facilities Managers, consultants, and contractors.
  11. Preparing draft service charge budgets for approval.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with landlords who continue to invest and deploy capital in real estate across the North West.

Please note, we are unable to consider Property Managers with only residential experience.
