Job summary

Opus People Solutions Ltd in the Midlands is seeking an experienced senior leader to join a high-performing Children's Services organisation on an interim basis. Hybrid working with 2-3 days on-site in the Midlands and flexible arrangements considered.

The successful candidate will lead across Children in Care, Care Leavers, Corporate Parenting and Disabled Children's Services, providing strategic leadership and ensuring strong service performance while driving improvement and transformation in

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Substantial senior leadership experience within Children's Social Care.
• Experience leading service improvement and transformation and corporate parenting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Children in Care, Care Leavers, Corporate Parenting and Disabled Children's Services.
• Lead service improvement and transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with health, education colleagues, elected members and senior stakeholders to maintain performance.
