Rutherford Cross in Greenock is seeking an experienced Interim Project Accountant to support the finance function during a busy period. The role is hands-on, focusing on monthly management accounts and short-term cashflow planning. You'll prepare P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow reporting, and deliver analysis to support decisions.

Hybrid working: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. Qualified or qualified by experience accountant, with Sage 50 experience preferred, ability to hit the ground

Qualifications

• Qualified or qualified by experience accountant
• Proven experience producing full management accounts
• Strong balance sheet and cashflow management understanding
• Experience with short-term cashflow forecasting and invoice financing
• Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze and present financial information
• Experience using Sage 50 advantageous
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
