Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an Interim Organisation Design Partner in Birmingham City Centre, with 2 days onsite. About Our Client

Recruiting for an OD Partner on interim basis. Birmingham City Centre (2 days onsite)Day rate up to £650, PAYE, Inside IR35A fantastic opportunity to join a newly established Organisation Design & Transformation Centre of Excellence, supporting large-scale transformation and organisation design activity across a complex organisation.This is an interim contract till the end of the year (Dec 2026) whilst they appoint for the perm and 12 month FTC. You'll lead organisation design reviews from diagnostic through to implementation, working directly with Executive Directors, senior leaders and subject matter experts. The role involves facilitating design sprints, conducting diagnostics, developing operating model recommendations and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
