Michael Page is recruiting an interim OD Partner in Birmingham city centre, working on a two‑day onsite basis with a day rate up to £650. The role is PAYE, Inside IR35, ending Dec 2026 while a permanent appointment is made; the contract spans interim work and a potential 12‑month FTC.

You will lead organisation design reviews end‑to-end, facilitate senior‑level workshops, and develop operating models and workforce solutions across a complex organisation.

Formación

• Delivering multiple organisation design reviews from concept through to implementation
• Building trusted relationships with Executive Directors and senior stakeholders
• Producing evidence-based recommendations that improve organisational effectiveness

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end organisation design reviews and transformation projects
• Facilitate design sprints and stakeholder workshops
• Develop organisation structures, operating models and workforce solutions
• Deliver diagnostics and change impact assessments
• Influence and coach senior leaders through complex change programmes
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
