Michael Page is recruiting an interim OD Partner in Birmingham city centre, working on a two‑day onsite basis with a day rate up to £650. The role is PAYE, Inside IR35, ending Dec 2026 while a permanent appointment is made; the contract spans interim work and a potential 12‑month FTC.

You will lead organisation design reviews end‑to-end, facilitate senior‑level workshops, and develop operating models and workforce solutions across a complex organisation.

Description

You'll lead organisation design reviews from diagnostic through to implementation, working directly with Executive Directors, senior leaders and subject matter experts. The role involves facilitating design sprints, conducting diagnostics, developing operating model recommendations and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
