Willing Care Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Interim Nursing Home Manager for a 12-month contract in Wantage, UK. The role requires strong leadership to maintain high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care, with full ownership of governance, staffing and financial performance.

Ideal candidates will be RGN/RMN with active NMC registration or exceptional Level 5 Health & Social Care qualified managers with a proven track record in nursing home oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven Nursing Home Manager experience essential.
• Active NMC registration or exceptional Level 5 holder with strong track record.
• Experience managing a home through CQC inspections.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, governance and quality assurance.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for clinical, operational and financial performance.
• Provide leadership across nursing, care and support teams.
• Ensure ongoing CQC compliance and responds to regulatory feedback.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing and team development.
• Manage budgets, occupancy and service performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals.
