Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Interim Finance Assistant in London to support a Not For Profit organisation. You will work within the Accounting & Finance department to maintain clear records and assist with everyday financial administration.

The role includes handling NetSuite-based processes, managing ledgers, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting while supporting grant accounting and regulatory compliance. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Essential knowledge of Net-Suite and charity finance processes.
• Experience managing Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger.
• Experience in a charity environment and grant accounting.
• Bookkeeping experience including reconciliations and journal postings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate finance records for day-to-day administration.
• Process financial information promptly and keep documentation organised.
• Support Accounting & Finance with routine tasks.
• Check records for completeness and follow up on missing information.
• Keep finance files and supporting documents accessible.
• Help ensure finance activities are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Provide practical administrative support during the temporary assignment.
