Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next interim opportunity?

We are recruiting for an Interim Management Accountant to join a successful business based in Market Weighton for an initial 6-12 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support to the finance team during a busy period.

The role will involve:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations
• Analysing financial performance and providing meaningful insights
• Supporting cash flow reporting
• Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls
• Providing wider support to the finance team as required

About you:

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. You will ideally be qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience, with previous experience producing management accounts.

You’ll be confident working independently, have strong Excel skills and be able to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Salary is up to £50,000 depending on experience, with the contract expected to last between 6 and 12 months.
