Qualifications

• Extensive experience in job evaluation and organisational design.
• Experience with pay and grading and workforce transformation in large, complex organisations.
• Local government experience and knowledge of equal pay programmes advantageous.

• Lead the design and delivery of the job evaluation framework and workforce architecture.
• Review, rationalise and redesign SAP employee data and related processes.
• Build and oversee a JE Analyst team to support implementation.
