Altum Consulting is seeking an Interim Head of IT to lead a small team and manage daily technology operations across multiple markets. The role requires a practical, hands-on leader who can also set direction and work with stakeholders globally.

The ideal candidate will drive adoption of key platforms such as HubSpot and CRM tools, manage cyber security controls, and remain close to users and systems while delivering practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small IT team and setting strategic direction.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 administration and day-to-day IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small IT team and oversee daily operations.
• Provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365, access, hardware and software.
• Drive adoption of core platforms, especially HubSpot and ClickUp.
• Work with users to improve workflows, reporting and processes.
• Identify AI and automation use cases to boost productivity.
• Improve cybersecurity posture including access controls and security awareness.
• Manage external technology suppliers and partners.
• Support website administration and improvements via HubSpot.
• Balance short-term priorities with longer-term roadmaps.
