The company operates mainly in the professional services sector, focusing on people, making talent retention critical as it holds significant value in acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include executing post-merger integration (PMI), collaborating with the transformation team to prepare presentations, templates, and manage projects, coordinating across all workstreams and functions. The long-term goal is to continue the M&A strategy, making a robust integration plan essential.
