Finatal is working with an international private equity house that needs an Interim Integration Director to assist with a scaling portfolio company that has recently completed several acquisitions across the UK, aligned with their buy and build strategy. The business is mainly people-based within the professional services sector, and key talent retention is crucial as it holds much of the value in acquisitions. You will be responsible for executing the PMI, working closely with the transformation team to produce decks, templates, and manage projects, coordinating across all workstreams and functions. The company's long-term strategy involves ongoing M&A activities, making a strong integration plan essential.
