Finatal is working with an international private equity house that needs an Interim Integration Director to assist with a scaling portfolio company that has recently completed several acquisitions across the UK, in line with their buy and build strategy. The business operates mainly in the professional services sector and is people-based, so talent retention is crucial as it holds significant value in the acquisitions. You will be responsible for executing the PMI, working closely with the transformation team to produce decks, templates, and manage projects, coordinating across all workstreams and functions. The company's long-term goal is to continue its M&A strategy, making a robust integration plan essential.
