HR Business Partner – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: City of London, hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office)
This growing insurance firm, with a strong industry heritage, is looking for an HR Business Partner to play a hands-on role in supporting both corporate functions and broking. Acting as a floating resource, you’ll help implement the people strategy and processes, working closely with the HR Director, CPO, and HR Operations Director to bring the people plan to life—rather than setting the strategy yourself.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where delivery is key. The role requires a true generalist skill set, including recruitment, and will involve contributing to various projects.
What they’re looking for:
- A proven background as an HRBP within insurance, with international exposure—particularly in the US (Asia and Europe would also be beneficial).
- Strong employment law knowledge to support business expansion into new markets, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with SMCR and experience in an FCA-regulated environment.
You’ll be joining a passionate, commercially minded team that thrives on making an impact. The culture is high-energy and welcoming, with hybrid working options (2-3 days a week in the City of London, plus additional flexibility).
Salary: Up to £85K + retention bonus. There is potential for the role to become permanent.
