Job summary

You’ll work closely with managers and employees, delivering practical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle and supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organisational skills are essential.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with managers and employees, providing expert HR guidance across the full range of people matters.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment activities and best-practice advice.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments and other HR documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor sickness absence, identify trends and advise on absence management.
• Identify learning and development needs through discussions and workforce planning.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll work closely with managers and employees, providing practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle and supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives.

• Build strong and effective working relationships with managers and employees, providing expert advice and guidance across the full range of people matters to ensure a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach to people management.


• Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment activities, providing advice on recruitment and selection best practice where required.


• Prepare employment contracts, contractual amendments and other HR documentation in a timely and accurate manner.


• Monitor sickness absence, identify trends and provide advice to managers on absence management procedures and best practice.


• Identify learning and development needs through discussions with managers and workforce planning activities.


• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the People function.
