Job summary

Parkside Recruitment's client in Uxbridge is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to lead the UK HR function across the employee lifecycle and support the HR strategy.

The role includes managing monthly payroll, balancing strategic and operational HR duties, and driving a positive, inclusive work environment. You will work with a HR Advisor in a small team, onsite three days a week in Uxbridge.

Qualifications

• Previous and proven experience in a HR Manager/generalist role is essential.
• Proven experience in payroll is essential.
• Extensive experience of managing employee relations issues and knowledge of employment law.
• Experience recruiting at all levels and planning long-term resourcing for teams.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly skilled in HR database management.
• Experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK HR function across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Manage the monthly payroll process to ensure accurate, on-time payments.
• Balance strategic priorities with day-to-day HR operations in a small team.
• Support the delivery of HR strategy and business objectives.
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
