Job summary

Parkside Recruitment client in Uxbridge is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to lead the UK HR function across the employee lifecycle and align with the HR strategy. You will manage the monthly payroll, ensure on-time and accurate payments, and work with a small HR team to balance strategic priorities with daily operations.

The role is on-site three days per week at their offices in Uxbridge. The ideal candidate has proven HR generalist experience, payroll expertise, strong employment

My Client based in Uxbridge are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager who will be responsible for leading the UK HR function across all areas of the employee lifecycle, supporting the delivery of business objectives and the HR strategy.

The role has responsibility for managing the monthly payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately, on time and with care , the ideal candidate will have experience of running and processing monthly payroll from start to submittal.

Working closely with a HR Advisor as a small, two-person HR team, you will need to be comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on, day-to-day HR operations. This is a broad and varied role that will require an experienced HR professional who is confident operating at both a strategic and operational level.

• Previous and proven experience in a HR Manager/ generalist role is essential.
• Proven experience in payroll is essential.
• Extensive experience of managing employee relations issues, and a comprehensive practical working knowledge of employment law.
• Proven experience of recruiting at all levels, working with management to produce long term resourcing and development plans for their teams to the meet the business strategy.
• A proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly skilled in HR database management.
• Demonstrable experience of dealing with highly confidential and often sensitive information.
