Able Bridge Recruitment Ltd. is assisting a 5* hotel chain to recruit an interim HR Director for a 6-9 month contract. The role sits on the senior leadership team and is office based in Glasgow with two days in Edinburgh.

You will lead HR operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive strategic people initiatives across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive hospitality HR experience in Scotland, driver’s license, and be ready to commence before Christmas.

Qualifications

• Significant hospitality HR leadership experience in the Scottish market.
• Experience advising senior leadership on HR strategy and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR team and support leaders across multiple properties.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinaries and change management.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
• Support leadership development and service culture across the business.
