Interim HR Change Manager Roles with the Metropolitan Police

We are pleased to collaborate exclusively with the Metropolitan Police to recruit 3 Interim HR Change Managers until the end of the year.

The Metropolitan Police is undergoing a significant organisational restructure. We are seeking experienced HR Change Specialists who have managed end-to-end change processes on multiple occasions, as demonstrated on their CVs.

These roles are highly hands-on, requiring individuals who are comfortable executing every step of the change process, rather than just overseeing it at a strategic level.

Applicants should have extensive experience with large-scale consultations, be confident in handling FAQs that arise, and resilient enough to manage challenges effectively.

Excellent engagement skills are essential, including experience in conducting engagement sessions or focus groups.

This is a hybrid role: the base location is Scotland Yard, 3 days a week, with occasional requirements to visit Kilburn Police Station. The remaining work can be performed remotely.

To be considered, candidates must be proven HR Change Specialists. Please note, we are not currently seeking HR Business Partners with restructuring experience, but those who have consistently managed change as a core part of their role will be considered.

NB: Successful candidates will be subject to a Metropolitan Police Vetting Check, which requires disclosure of:

• All police contact
• Arrest history and reprimands
• Warnings, cautions, and convictions (this list is not exhaustive)
