Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Change Lead, specializing in finance systems such as BlackLine and SAP, to work within the life insurance and financial services sector. The role involves leading systems and finance change initiatives, reviewing existing processes, making recommendations, and educating teams on data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance systems change initiatives, particularly with BlackLine and SAP.
• Review current systems and processes, providing strategic recommendations for improvements.
• Educate and guide teams on data handling and system usage.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with finance systems in life insurance or financial services organizations.
• Knowledge of finance reporting standards such as IFRS 17, Solvency II, and UK GAAP.
• Experience with Prophet, SAP, or similar ERP solutions.
• Exposure to actuarial models in life insurance.
• Familiarity with process automation tools.
• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience with BlackLine or similar systems is advantageous.
