Talentedge is partnering with a high-growth, agile financial services organization undergoing a company-wide transformation.

This is a newly created role where you will collaborate closely with the Global Transformation Director and CFO, serving as the Finance Project Lead for implementing Workday as the new ERP system.

Your strong delivery, project management, and communication skills will be essential as you lead process improvements, controls, and automation initiatives. This role offers full operational oversight for the implementation project.

Project responsibilities include:

• Re-engineering financial processes and controls
• Implementing Workday
• Introducing automation, fostering a culture of commercial thinking, value addition, and new ways of working

Candidate profile:

• Qualified accountant or extensive finance operational experience
• Cross-sector experience or management consultancy background is advantageous
• Significant exposure to Workday, preferably from an implementation perspective
• Proven business partner capable of challenging, advising, and influencing senior stakeholders
• Clear, articulate thinker
• Data-focused individual
