Hilton is seeking a Senior HR Consultant – UK Employee Relations to provide strategic business partner support across the UK. The role involves managing complex ER cases, advising line managers, and rolling out global HR programmes within designated functions.

You will lead organizational change initiatives while supporting Talent Acquisition and L&D activities. You will require extensive UK ER knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive, commercially aware approach in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Extensive, up-to-date UK Employee Relations knowledge.
• Experience in all areas of employee relations in the UK, including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyse HR data and tell a compelling HR story.
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence others.
• Ability to prioritise, manage change and operate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver generalist HR advice across recruitment, retention, performance, reward and employment law.
• Manage Employee Relations issues for the UK with escalation to senior stakeholders as needed.
• Coach and mentor managers on HR policies and ER guidance.
• Support learning and development activities and corporate HR programmes.
• Lead resourcing, onboarding and performance management within designated teams.
