Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Nottinghamshire. The role is hybrid, full-time, with a salary up to £42,000 per year.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, handling employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and HR policies. The position requires autonomy and the ability to manage a varied workload from day one.

I'm working exclusively with a successful and growing SME in Nottinghamshire that is looking to appoint an HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide immediate cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys variety and autonomy. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing support across the full employee lifecycle, including:

• Employee Relations
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Performance Management
• HR Policies & Procedures
• Generalist HR Advice & Guidance

You'll be joining a busy, collaborative business, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently and confidently manage a varied workload from day one.
