Job summary

SF Partners in Nottingham is seeking an HR Advisor / Operational HR Business Partner on a 3-4 month temporary basis. The role has a heavy Employee Relations focus and will manage a caseload end-to-end.

You’ll support managers across ER matters including absence, performance, capability, disciplinaries and grievances, providing practical guidance while ensuring cases keep moving. Hybrid working (3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days from home) with flexible, full-time hours.

HR Advisor / Operational HR Business Partner

Temporary assignment: 3-4 months

Location: Nottingham - just 10 minutes from the city centre, with free parking

Hybrid working: 3-4 days onsite, with 1-2 days working from home

Hours: Full-time, with some flexibility available

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE - paid weekly

I'm looking for an experienced HR Advisor / operational HR Business Partner to provide additional support to a busy HR function for an initial 3-4 month period. This role will have a heavy Employee Relations focus, so I'm looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage their own caseload from start to finish.

You’ll be supporting managers across a range of ER matters including absence, performance, capability, disciplinaries and grievances, providing practical advice and guidance while ensuring cases keep moving.

Alongside ER, there will be wider generalist HR support and day-to-day partnering with managers as required.

Ideal for someone immediately available or coming to the end of a contract who can quickly get stuck into a busy workload.
