The key responsibilities and processes to design, implement, and manage include:

1. 13-week cash flow forecasting
2. Managing bank relationships
3. Daily cash management to meet business and central funding needs
4. Managing cash pools
5. Managing intercompany treasury loans
6. Managing external debt reporting and covenants
