Job summary

Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is seeking an Interim Head of IT to lead our ICT services for an initial six-month period. You will drive technology strategy, information governance and digital transformation to support compassionate care and ensure GDPR compliance across our healthcare charity setting.

You will oversee cyber security, data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery, while developing plans for long-term digital success and improvements across our organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior ICT leadership or interim management experience.
• Experience leading digital transformation or service improvement programmes.
• Strong experience in cyber security, information governance and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on technology, cyber security, data governance and digital transformation.
• Ensure stable and effective ICT operations and service delivery.
• Lead digital infrastructure, cloud services, networks and system improvements.
• Oversee Information Governance and GDPR compliance.
• Manage the ICT team and budgets.
• Develop and implement long-term digital plans and improvements.
