Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care seeks an experienced Interim Head of IT to lead digital, information governance and ICT services for an initial six-month term. You will maintain business-critical systems, strengthen cyber security and advance key digital improvement initiatives while working across bases in Tring and other locations.

You will drive strategic ICT leadership, manage budgets and teams, ensure GDPR compliance, and foster resilient data governance and reporting to support

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a senior ICT leadership, interim management or transformation role.
• Proven success leading organisational change, digital transformation or service improvement programmes.
• Strong experience managing cyber security, information governance and data protection compliance.
• Experience operating within a regulated environment such as healthcare, charity or public sector organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets and influencing senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership on technology, cyber security, data governance and digital transformation.
• Ensure stable and effective ICT operations and service delivery.
• Lead digital infrastructure, cloud services, networks and system improvements.
• Act as the organisation's Information Governance Lead.
• Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, Data Protection legislation and NHS Data Security & Protection Toolkit requirements.
• Lead and develop the ICT team.
• Improve reporting, data governance and organisational use of information.
• Strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements.
• Produce recommendations and future plans to support long-term digital success.
