Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care seeks an experienced Interim Head of IT to lead digital, information governance and ICT services for an initial six-month term. You will maintain business-critical systems, strengthen cyber security and advance key digital improvement initiatives while working across bases in Tring and other locations.

You will drive strategic ICT leadership, manage budgets and teams, ensure GDPR compliance, and foster resilient data governance and reporting to support

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a senior ICT leadership, interim management or transformation role.
• Proven success leading organisational change, digital transformation or service improvement programmes.
• Strong experience managing cyber security, information governance and data protection compliance.
• Experience operating within a regulated environment such as healthcare, charity or public sector organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets and influencing senior leaders.

As Interim Head of IT, you will lead our digital, information governance and ICT services for an initial six-month period. You will be responsible for maintaining business‑critical systems, strengthening cyber security, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation, and progressing key digital improvement initiatives

What you will do

• Providing strategic leadership on technology, cyber security, data governance and digital transformation.
