Vargo Group is seeking an experienced interim Head of Finance to lead the finance function across three entities from our Cardiff HQ. The role combines statutory reporting, commercial support, controls, cash management and project delivery, reporting into the SMT.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day finance activities including payroll, month-end close, and drive systems improvements during a busy interim period.

Qualifications

• You will be a qualified accountant with senior finance leadership experience.
• Role requires strong technical accounting, reporting, controls and team leadership.
• Multi-entity finance exposure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management accounts and board reporting across three entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
