Go Fractional is seeking an Interim Technology Project Manager (Sr Manager) for a 18‑month fixed-term contract in Glasgow, hybrid. You will lead delivery across finance and IT platforms, coordinating across multiple functions and regions to standardize and upgrade systems.

You will oversee risk, design, testing, and deployment, while managing change readiness and stakeholder engagement. Travel up to 50% may be required as part of complex regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of progressive experience in Project Management and certifications (e.g., Prince2, Six Sigma, PMP).
• Experience applying waterfall and Agile methodologies across organisations.
• Exposure to accounting function and technologies.
• Delivered large-scale finance transformation and change projects.
• Experience implementing changes to technologies and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels of the organisation.

Responsabilités

• Identify and manage project/programme risks and issues with mitigation tactics.
• Coordinate deployment of new platforms and system upgrades and standardization.
• Oversee design, test and validation phases for new platforms.
• Coordinate design, test and validation phases for new countries within a multi-country platform.
• Ensure migration to production follows approved processes and testing.
• Assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders with Change Management.
• Support centralised operating model expansion and hotel transition activity.
• Capture data to define and measure success metrics across the change lifecycle.
• Track and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery and mitigate risks.
• Assist with trouble resolution and exception handling activities.
