Job summary

The CFO HQ is recruiting an Interim Group Financial Controller for a Bristol-based, hybrid role on a 6-month initial contract. You will provide hands-on leadership, supporting the CFO and executive team through growth, reporting enhancement and finance transformation.

Key duties include owning group reporting, consolidations and board packs, managing statutory accounts and audits, driving controls improvement, and leading a four-person finance team. Availability within a week is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA with strong group reporting and consolidation expertise.
• Experience leading finance in multi-entity environments and fast-paced settings.
• Available immediately or within one week for a short notice start.

Responsibilities

• Own group reporting, consolidations and board reporting packs.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
