Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a senior Talent Development and Learning leader to partner with senior management to accelerate growth of diverse top talent and successors. You will design talent strategies, lead executive development, and oversee learning initiatives across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Talent management and development experience in a global business.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development, succession planning and performance management.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership on Talent Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
• Design and facilitate high potential learning programmes, in person and online.
• Support enterprise talent processes such as performance reviews and succession planning.
• Consult with HR partners and business leaders on talent development and action plans.
• Accelerate growth of diverse high potential talent with leadership events and stretch assignments.
• Identify organizational development opportunities with business leaders and HR Partners.
• Collaborate with CoEs to deliver talent and learning interventions.
• Create change management, org design and up-skilling plans for strategic capabilities.
• Lead change management initiatives and measure impact of learning programs.
• Maintain networks to provide thought leadership to leaders, and share impact metrics.
