Job summary

Consult is seeking an Interim Fractional CISO to act as a strategic partner to the CIO, guiding cyber security priorities at the executive level. You will design and embed a new operating model, cover governance and capabilities, and drive risk remediation with measurable progress.

You will mentor internal staff to build a sustainable security leadership function across a major FMCG, multi-market supply chain, and OT/IT environment.

Qualifications

• Senior CISO with extensive leadership experience in global FMCG.
• Proven ability to shape cyber security strategy with the CIO.
• Experience embedding operating models and governance.
• Experience in multi-market supply chains and OT/IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to the CIO, shaping priorities at the senior level.
• Define and embed a new cyber security operating model, covering structure and governance.
• Own key security risks and drive remediation with clear plans and progress.
