We are supporting a fast-paced, Private Equity-backed Financial Services business, headquartered in Central London, during a key phase of their growth journey. As they continue to scale, they are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Director to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the business.

This is a critical role within a commercially driven and dynamic environment. Reporting to the CFO, the Interim FP&A Director will provide strategic insights and ensure the business is equipped with robust forecasting and planning to support its ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
Develop and enhance financial models, providing actionable insights to the Executive Team.
Business partner closely with senior leadership to inform and influence key commercial and strategic decisions.
Deliver insightful monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics to stakeholders and the Board.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.
Support M&A activity, due diligence processes, and integration planning as required.
Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, instilling best-in-class financial planning and analysis practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

ACA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in Financial Services.
A proven track record within high-growth, Private Equity-backed environments.
Exceptional financial modelling, planning, and analytical skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
