Mondrian Alpha is exclusively partnering with a leading London-based hedge fund to appoint an experienced Head of FP&A.

This is a newly created, high-impact role that reports directly to the Finance Director and works in close partnership with the COO. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the FP&A function from the ground up—owning budgeting, forecasting, and the development of real-time reporting tools that support senior-level decision-making across the business.

The opportunity arises during a period of significant growth for the firm, which has delivered consistent double-digit annualised returns since inception. As they continue to expand both their investment and infrastructure teams globally, this hire will play a key role in supporting the next phase of strategic scaling.

They are seeking a qualified finance professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience in FP&A or relevant financial roles. A proven track record in financial modelling, forecasting, and delivering actionable insights is essential. Prior experience working alongside in-house tech teams or with internally developed tools will be highly advantageous.
