Cedar Recruitment is seeking an Interim Director of FP&A in London to lead planning, analysis and performance management for a PE-backed infrastructure business. You will partner with the CFO/COO and senior leaders to drive strategic financial insight and robust forecasting.

The role focuses on budgeting, monthly reporting, KPI analysis, and MI automation, with hybrid working 2-3 days per week in Central London. Prior interim experience is a plus.

Formación

• Senior FP&A leadership experience, ideally in PE-backed infra or similar.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence Exec level and present to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling, data analysis, and MI optimization capabilities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
• Interim or contract FP&A leadership experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the FP&A function and set high-quality analysis, forecasting, and executive insight.
• Partner with CFO/COO and senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Own budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to the Board and PE stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimisation and performance tracking across project portfolios.
• Improve reporting tools and automate management information and dashboards.
