Job summary

SF Partners are recruiting an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a growing international manufacturing business based in Lutterworth, South Leicestershire. You will take ownership of day-to-day finance, lead a finance team and work with senior stakeholders across the UK and group.

Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, hands-on with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controls. The role is on-site five days a week with potential hybrid arrangements and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong technical accounting experience.
• Experience managing a finance function and leading a team.
• Hands-on with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Manage financial reporting requirements into international Group HQ.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and liquidity management.
• Manage statutory reporting, year-end audit and tax compliance.
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes are maintained.
• Provide cost analysis and commercial insight to support business performance.
• Lead, manage and support the finance team.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, systems and processes.
• Support the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects and deputise when required.
