SF Partners are recruiting an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a growing international manufacturing business in Lutterworth/South Leicestershire. The role is a temporary, on-site position with 5 days per week and potential hybrid.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead the finance function, oversee reporting, budgeting, controls and tax compliance, and support senior stakeholders across the UK and international group. Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA is required.

Formación

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong technical accounting.
• Experience in managing a finance function and leading a team.
• Comfortable with international/group reporting and governance.
• Hands-on, proactive, and independent.
• Commercial mindset with stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Manage financial reporting to international Group HQ.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and liquidity management.
• Manage statutory reporting, year-end audit and tax compliance.
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes.
• Provide cost analysis and commercial insight to drive performance.
• Lead, manage and support the finance team.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and processes.
• Deputise for the Finance Director on ad-hoc projects.
