Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller for a growing manufacturing business in Harlow. The role is temporary with the potential for permanency, and you will support the FD with budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting, ensuring robust analysis and strong control environments.

You must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with hands-on experience at Financial Controller or Finance Director level.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience at Financial Controller / Finance Director level
• Willingness to be hands-on
• Manufacturing/construction sector experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support FD with budgeting and forecasting and provide robust financial analysis
• Assist with Internal Audit and maintain internal controls
• Strengthen finance processes and lead change within the team
• Prepare and submit month-end reporting
