Qualifications

• Experience in SME environments, especially manufacturing/engineering industries.
• Strong cash management and cash flow forecasting abilities.
• Willingness to understand the wider business beyond finance, including production aspects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations with robust controls.
• Oversee cashflow and daily bank balances.
• Prepare monthly P&L and weekly sales/invoice reports.
• Handle multi-currency debtor ledgers and credit control.
• Prepare for external audits and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation.
