Reporting to senior leadership, this role offers broad exposure across the business and will suit a hands‑on finance leader capable of driving both day‑to‑day performance and wider finance transformation projects.
This is a broad, operationally focused finance leadership role within a growing and fast-evolving organisation. A key focus will be enhancing the quality and efficiency of month‑end reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, whilst embedding stronger controls and greater financial discipline across the organisation.
The position will also play a critical role in the integration and consolidation of acquired entities, working alongside external advisors and senior stakeholders to simplify structures and support ongoing business growth. Alongside day‑to‑day financial leadership, the successful candidate will help drive a programme of finance transformation, identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve reporting capability and optimise systems to better support a fast‑paced, operationally driven environment.
