Job summary

Ivy Rock Partners Limited is seeking an experienced interim Finance Systems Project Manager to lead the client-side delivery of a new finance system from early preparation through procurement and implementation. The role combines senior leadership with hands-on delivery across workshops, requirements, and process redesign.

The ideal candidate has proven ERP implementation experience, preferably in a charity context, and will work in a hybrid setup with about one on-site day per week in the

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading client-side finance system or ERP implementations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with charity accounting and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client-side finance systems transformation from preliminary preparation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate workshops and whiteboard sessions to capture and document requirements.
• Lead finance process redesign and chart of accounts changes.
• Ensure requirements reflect charity reporting, fund accounting, Gift Aid, VAT, tax and SORP.
• Support RFP and procurement, translating needs into clear requirements.
• Coordinate with the implementation partner and governance forums.
