The ideal candidate will have strong management accounting experience, NetSuite expertise, and a background in high-growth environments. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, and various finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience within an SME, PE-backed, or high‑growth environment.
• Strong management accounting and financial control experience.
• Exposure to ERP implementations or post‑implementation improvement work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group FC and CFO across financial reporting and day‑to‑day finance operations.
• Own and improve month‑end processes and management reporting.
• Help optimise the use of NetSuite across the finance function.
